When I wiped the house interiors in 137, the chimneys inside them went too, leaving smoke floating over the roofs. I changed the deletion rule to keep the flues and chimney tops, and brought back the chimneys on 15 houses.

Removed the furniture and lights meant for a first-person demo from the house interiors, leaving just exterior shells and cutting renderer and light counts a lot. When the camera goes inside a house or a house blocks the character, that house now dithers away.

The houses looked like mushrooms because their second floors stuck out, so I added ground-floor annexes and pillared porches with SUNTAIL modules. Of three look-alike blue roofs, the tavern's is now moss green and the guild's dark slate.
